Price cuts
Reduced asking prices
Homes whose advertised price was cut, where the reduction still stands — a ledger of what sellers conceded, not a judgement of what the homes are worth.

These are ASKING prices, not sold prices. A lower advertised price is not evidence that the property’s market value fell. Húsgreind sees only changes made since it began watching each home, so earlier changes may be missing.
A cut is measured against the price that stood immediately before it. When a home has been cut more than once, the net change from the first recorded price is shown separately. Price history follows the HOME, not the advert: when a home is re-advertised under a new listing id its earlier asking prices still count, and a cut carried by the new advert is dated to it. A home several agencies advertise at once is counted once, at the asking price the listings grid shows for it, under the advert that was cut to that price.
